Support community members with a Resource and Skill Exchange program, facilitate social community engagement, and work together to enjoy our community.
How does it work?
The Resource and Skill Exchange program tracks the time individuals invest into our community. The time tracking system is used like a kind of currency to reward the efforts of individuals with community resources or skilled trade.
When you spend your time working for the community, you receive hourly credits
Credits are cumulative, as a record of your service
When you benefit from the community, hours are added to you your balance
The ultimate goal is for every community member to have an equal balance and credit (net neutral); meaning we all get out what we put in!
